Step 1: Phone Consultation
Our highly trained Human Relations Consultants or head matchmaker, set up a complimentary telephone consultation to learn more about you and to gain insight on the type of person you seek and can assist you in finding out more about how we work. You can ask as many questions as you need.
Step 2: Face to face Consultation
If suited, you will be booked in for a 1.5 hour consultation in our Barangaroo, Sydney office.
During your consultation with a professional O N A Matchmaker or human relations consultant, you will have the opportunity to talk openly and in depth about exactly who you are seeking. Perhaps you are needing to be guided by our experts with their comprehensive interview techniques? Our trained professionals can assist you.
Step 3: Choose a program
Our Consultant or Matchmaker will guide you to better understand your needs. Once they understand your requirements, they will use this information to tailor a personalised search program.
If a program can not be offered at the time, you will be provided with professional and valuable advice which may be able to assist you in your own personal search.
Step 4: Profile and Induction
Once you decide you wish to go ahead with meeting the O N A way, our Consultant will provide you with a profile to complete. You will have a induction into meeting the O N A Way and be offered personalised advice which is used to assist you in your dating and relationship journey.
Step 5: Activation of membership
When you have completed your personalised induction with your matchmaker, your consultant or matchmaker will start to search for you. You will meet clients through your 12 month search program. All programs include a suspended or hold period to give you the chance to explore a relationship without worrying about using up your membership time.
Step 6: Feedback process
O N A offer Feedback and advice. Our feedback process offers clients the opportunity to discuss openly and honestly their feedback about their matches. You are provided professionally prompted questions to give and gain feedback with each member you meet.
Advice from one of our trained relationship experts is provided to both parties where needed to better assist our clients in making to most of meeting the O N A way and assisting them in their journey to the one.
